Server Log Files & IP Anonymization
Automatic Collection:
Each time our website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files (e.g., Apache Access Log, Error Log, FTP Access Log, Email Logs). These include, among other things, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the requested file, referrer URL, browser and system information, and an IP address.
Storage Duration:
According to HostProfis, these log files are stored retrospectively for 31 days and then automatically deleted. Authentication log files (e.g., login attempts) are retained for 90 days.
IP Anonymization:
We have enabled the IP address anonymization option at HostProfis.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service at HostProfis ISP Telekom GmbH (headquartered in Austria). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible anymore. No data is transferred to other EU countries.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
The user data is retained for a period of 1 year.
Wordfence Privacy Policy
We use Wordfence by Defiant Inc. (800 5th Ave., Suite 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA) on our website to protect you from hackers. If you browse our website as a regular visitor or follow official links published on other websites and emails, your IP address is not sent to Wordfence.
Only if malicious behavior is detected (e.g., hacker-like browsing patterns, attempts to hack our website with manipulated URLs, or attempts to access non-public admin pages), Wordfence sends your IP address to servers outside the EU to improve the service in the interest of Internet security and adds the IP address to the Wordfence blacklist. When the attacks stop, the IP address is immediately removed after 48 hours.

Google Fonts Privacy Policy
We use Google Fonts from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on our website. Google Fonts are used without authentication and no cookies are sent to the Google Fonts API. If you have an account with Google, none of your Google account information is transmitted to Google while using Google Fonts.
